PAPERWORK
Once you have placed your order we will issue an invoice confirming all details and requiring a 50% deposit to secure the order, with the balance payable two weeks prior to delivery.
Payment can be made by BACS transfer, all details will be on your paperwork.
LEAD TIMES
Our furniture is handmade to order, on an eight week lead time, and a twelve week lead time for specials or bespoke pieces.
SHIPPING
Delivery costs – domestic or international – will be quoted at the time of invoice, and will stipulate the delivery method. Please advise full delivery address at the point of ordering, ensuring that you have taken any access considerations into account prior to ordering.
